Dangerous Man Brewing Co - Minneapolis, MN

Our last stop of the night, we made last call and were able to get a drink.  We tried two beers here which I didn't write down, but I remember one being a strong Belgian which wasn't horrible..I forgot the second. The place was very open with plenty of seating.  I won't lie..I really like the theme here with the guy with a beard..it's unique and makes them stand out.
-The visit wasn't anything special, but if you're in Minneapolis I would recommend coming here, you can bring any of your own food in, grab a beer and hang out. Check em out..www.dangerousmanbrewing.com/‎

Indeed Brewing Co - Minneapolis, MN

The night was catching up with us and thankfully we made Indeed Brewing just minutes before closing.  They have a private parking lot which is nice, they only had a little bit of merchandise, and the brewery is very big.  Lots of seating and plenty of bar space.  We took a booth and ordered a couple small 6 ounce beers.
-We tried the Day Tripper Pale Ale which wasn't bad it was smooth, Midnight Ryder Black Ale it was like a stout not bad, and Quincy St. Common it was hoppy but weird after taste.
-Quick stop, the beer was decent, not a ton of choices for beer but hey if you got time go check it out! www.indeedbrewing.com

Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery - Minneapolis, MN

Thankfully our next stop was a very positive one. Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery was a great trip.  Parking is really rough, but thankfully we got lucky and found a spot after driving around. This place is MASSIVE. Outside there is loads of seating..inside the bar is huge and there's tons of additional seating. The inside was dead, so we took a nice spot at the bar.  Our bartender was a really nice guy who knew his stuff.  Not a whole lot of merchandise...some cool glasses, t-shirts and free stickers is always nice.
-I came here for ONE reason and that was Masala Mama IPA.  It was everything I thought it'd be..just a really great beer.  I also had a sample of the English IPA it was eh.
-We had dinner here..I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, I liked it a lot..granted it's hard to mess that sandwich up but it was delicious.
-Overall a great stop, great meal and an awesome beer I recommend this place 100%...www.townhallbrewery.com/‎

Fulton Brewery - Minneapolis, MN

Next stop was Fulton Brewery, located under a bridge basically and no parking in sight, we found it and walked.  Inside this is a good sized brewery lots of space. Unfortunately we must of walked into some type of work thing or reunion because it was slammed and most people had name tags on.  The service at the bar was horrific, we asked our female bartender for a sampler in which we got a snappy attitude and told they don't do them...okay that's fine.  But then when we tried to order pints we wanted to ask a question or two and once again got plenty of attitude...I get it..you're busy and have lots of people to take care of but you're a brewery..know your shit and be ready to answer questions about your beer.
-We ordered Sweet Child of Vine IPA which was really nice, The Ringer Pale Ale was real nice, and Lonely Blonde American Blonde was nice.
-Then my girlfriend went to the bar to ask for coasters, she waited almost ten minutes and finally just grabbed some off the bar in which a regular (who had been flirting with her for a few minutes) said "you can't take those...my friend works hard for this place"..well they're coasters we didn't take the beers from the tap.  Next I went to the merchandise stand at the entrance, and just wanted to get a sticker..I waited about 5 minutes..TWO workers walked by didn't ask if I needed anything so I took a couple..I was certain they were free anyway but I wanted to be sure.
-All in all this place is full of hipsters who think they're really cool cause they brew beer..I'll give them SOME credit they make pretty good beer, but their customer service blows and if they aren't usually that slammed and that was why the service sucked well I guess try to find out for yourself but don't expect top notch service...www.fultonbeer.com/‎

Harriet Brewing - Minneapolis, MN

This will be a quick review mostly because it was a quick visit. Upon arriving we find out that it's a 5$ cover because there's a band setting up to play later on.  Since we weren't planning on staying long, only I went in and I ordered the West Side Belgian IPA. It was pretty good.
-My only complaint here is I understand the band thing, but for people who just wanna stop in for a beer it kind of sucks to have to pay the additional 5$.  Plus there were quite a few "artistic" type people hanging around including a guy painting in the corner.  The space is decent size with couches and seating inside, and picnic tables outside.  I would recommend to stop in, but find out if there is a band first. Check em out..www.harrietbrewing.com

Northbound Smokehouse Brewpub - Minneapolis, MN

Next stop was the Northbound Smokehouse Brewpub. Not in the nicest area of Minneapolis, but we parked went in and it was slammed.  No where to sit, we lucked out and got a couple bar seats.  There is a lot of tables in the place, but it was dinner time and people were hungry I guess. We had dinner plans for later so we didn't eat here except we got a Salmon Dip to go..it was very fishy smelling and didn't taste all that great, wasn't worth the price, but hey this is a Smokehouse so I won't judge them on that.
-As for the beer we had Honey Wheat which was eh, Hefe was decent, Pride Red decent, Light Pail Pale Ale was hoppy not bad, Big Jim IPA was smooth and nice, and the Smokehouse Porter was smoky not bad.

-We weren't there too long, kind of a tight fit and not relaxing.  The beer didn't do much for me, and the food experience wasn't too good, BUT I would say check them out for their smoked food and judge for yourself, however if you're on a brewery tour and are running low on time I think you can skip this one.  www.northboundbrewpub.com/‎

The Herkimer Pub & Brewery - Minneapolis, MN

Next stop was Herkimer Pub & Brewery located in a very busy part of town, but it was a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. This place was a good size with a giant oval bar center and lots of booths and tables scattered throughout.  I usually wouldn't review this but I will say the bathroom was VERY nice, and they also have piles of board games to play with your friends.
-We started off with a sampler which consisted of Gose Weizen which was decent, Eva Belgian Saison was okay, Irish Stout was watery, and Baltic Vanilla Porter was the stand out of this group of beers. Unfortunately no IPA or even a Pale Ale.
-We ordered pretzels which is a staple of most breweries and these were some of the best I've had, along with AWESOME dipping sauces..yes I'm reviewing sauces but they were damn good.
-As always I asked our bartender for stickers and/or coasters.  Unfortunately neither..BUT she had someone go downstairs and found me a set of coasters in a steel case and gave them to me for free..that stood out to me as GREAT customer service.
-All in all this place is nice for eating, a hang out or if you need a beer while your other members of your party are shopping around the area. I don't recommend it for the beers but a nice place as a restaurant.  Check em out...www.theherkimer.com
