Brewhouse Inn - Milwaukee, WI

Now this isn't a brewery, BUT it is a brand new, GORGEOUS hotel that used to be the Pabst Brewery.  The rooms are unique, gorgeous, hands down the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Expensive, but I don't think it's extremely over priced.  At the end of the night we had a Pabst at the hotel, but they also had some Three Floyds Alpha King in bottles which was nice.  We talked to some locals, enjoyed the setting and really had a GREAT experience here.
